VIDES Philippines offers opportunities for young (and the not so young) people to become social or local volunteers, serving underprivileged children, youth and women from impoverished communities through its educative and development projects.
- Work for the advancement of children's education
- Raise awareness and take positive action to improve the plight of children and women, their rights, and related social issues
- Raise funds to support VIDES projects
VIDES also offers possibilities for international volunteers through:
- A short experience in the missions for the promotion of a community, or
- A concrete commitment to serve for an entire year with a role and a specific competence in a missionary community
